Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
We do not offer refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipment. We will only replace your item for the same item. To replace the item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 207 West Church Street, Mason, OH, 45040, United States in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item for replacement. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs to return your item. The cost of shipping to you when your order was placed will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced item to reach you may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to verify we received your item and/or purchase shipping insurance.
